From plan to people actually showing up

Hosts write a simple timeline for the activity — meet at the cafe, drive to the trail, dinner after. Attendees see the plan, confirm they showed, and ghosters lose priority on future RSVPs.

Live check-in

When the activity starts, the host opens a check-in dashboard. Attendees tap to confirm they're there. Anyone who didn't tap gets gently downgraded for next time.
